Registered in 2008, Teensight is a social enterprise that empowers and transforms youth and young professionals to become holistic individuals in order to unlock and maximise their potential to achieve their purpose for a successful future. The organisation prepares young people for success in their future careers and personal life.

At CareerSight, our theory of change is based on the belief that mentorship is a powerful tool for career development and growth. We believe that by providing high-quality mentorship and career development programs, we can empower individuals to achieve their career goals and build fulfilling careers. Our programs are designed to provide individuals with the resources and support they need to identify their career interests, develop their skills and knowledge, and achieve their career goals through a meaningful and productive relationship with a mentor.
We believe that mentorship has a ripple effect that goes beyond the individual mentee. By empowering individuals to achieve their career goals, we can help to create a more inclusive and equitable society. Our programs are designed to reach individuals from all backgrounds and identities, including those in slums, disadvantaged remote areas, and refugees, and to provide them with the resources and support they need to succeed.
